EDLY HELSINKI, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions written below apply to all purchases and orders made between Edly Helsinki, business ID: 3245248-2 (below as “we” or “us”) and the customer (below as “you”) via the edlyhelsinki.com online store. Edly Helsinki reserves the right to changes for its terms and conditions, so kindly read the latest terms and conditions before placing an order. The terms and conditions at the time of your purchase always apply. Changes made to the terms and conditions are published on our website and marked with a date stamp.

When placing an order, you agree to the below terms and conditions. The purchase is finalized once you have received an order confirmation to your e-mail. You must ensure that you provide us with all correct information such as name, e-mail, phone number and delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse an order if you have entered incorrect and faulty information so that it’s not possible to finish the order or if the order cannot be met due to products being out of stock. Kindly note that products that are temporarily out of stock must be re-ordered on another occasion when the product is again available in our online store.

Customers must be over 16 years old and not under a guardianship once placing an order. If the customer is under 16, your guardian’s consent is required before placing an order.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All payments are processed as Euros. 

Edly Helsinki uses Paytrail as a secure payment service provider for our online store and we accept payments by credit or debit card, invoicing, and mobile payments.

Paytrail is a well-known payment service provider that forwards your payment to the merchant. Paytrail is a part of the Nets corporation and has been granted a Safe Pay-certificate. In case Paytrail appears on your bank statement or credit card invoice this means that we have forwarded your payment to Paytrail that has handled the payment.

Products and the delivery costs are paid at the checkout of Edly Helsinki’s online store in connection with your order. You can choose the payment method that suits you the best from the following options:

Online payments from following banks:

Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken. 

Once choosing from these online payment options, Paytrail will appear as the payee on your account statement as Paytrail forwards your payment to the online merchant. From Edly Helsinki’s online store, you will be directly directed to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit payments with following credit cards: 

Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Credit card payments are securely transmitted by Paytrail. Paytrail uses international authentication services for credit card payments such as Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey. Paytrail will appear as the payee on your credit card invoice and forwards the card payment paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Credit card payments are made securely using a secure payment form and payment card information is not stored in our e-commerce systems.

Invoice or payment installments: 

OP-lasku, Jousto and Walley

Once choosing to pay with an invoice or payment installments Paytrail will appear as the invoicer and debt collector. Paytrail forwards your invoice and installments to the online merchant. From Edly Helsinki's online store, you will be directly directed to Paytrail and its service providers: OP-lasku, Jousto or Walley. 

Mobile payments: 

MobilePay, Pivo and Siirto 

Once choosing from these mobile payment options, Paytrail will appear as the payee on your account statement as Paytrail forwards your payment to the online merchant. From Edly Helsinki’s online store, you will be directly directed to your own bank to make the payment securely. 

 

SHIPPING

We offer following delivery options. You can choose your shipment method between following options: 

Shipping within Finland: 

Posti
Delivery to pick up-point, Postipaketti, is 5 € and home delivery, Kotipaketti, is 10 €.

Matkahuolto

Pick up-point delivery, Lähellä-paketti, is 5 € and for home delivery, Kotijakelu, the fee is 10 €. 

General

The return and/or exchange is free of charge on all shipment options within Finland. 

Kindly note that leaving an order uncollected at a postal office or pick up-point does not count as a return. In this case, we will charge fully for the postal delivery costs and a fee of 15 EUR as a handing cost for the return.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship within EU/Schengen with GLS. GLS shipping for EU/Schengen orders is 10 €. 

We ship to the United States and United Arab Emirates with UPS. The shipping fee for international shipping is 20 €. 

For all international orders the return deposit is 10 €. 

For international orders that have not been picked up, we have the right to charge a fee of 25 € for our handling cost of the order and for the return cost as well. 

 

DELIVERY

The shipping cost will be added at checkout to your order if not mentioned otherwise on our website. You can choose between the different delivery options that suit you the best that we have listed under “Shipping and delivery”.

Please note that there might occur restrictions on the different delivery options depending on your delivery address and location. Also, the delivery time may vary depending on which option you choose. The expected delivery time is shown once placing your order at checkout and will also be displayed to you during the ordering process. Kindly note that delivery times are approximate and shouldn’t be interpreted as exact as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, you will receive a separate message about it.

Before delivery, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail detailing when and where your order will be picked up or received. We will make the delivery ready as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the order confirmation that we send by e-mail to you after placing an order.

You are responsible for receiving or redeeming your order within the time frame specified in the delivery notice you receive from the courier partner you have chosen. Packages are primarily collected personally with valid identification and the order number. Kindly notice that for orders that have not been picked up, we will charge a fee of 15 EUR as a handling cost of the order and for the return.

RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND

Edly Helsinki does not offer a direct exchange service, but you are always welcome to return any item within 14 days of receiving the product if you are not satisfied with the product or need to change the size. For exchanges, simply re-purchase the preferred product after your return. Kindly note that the returned item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused in all ways and returned in its original packaging. 

Once we have received your return and inspected it, your payment will be refunded to the original payment method and should show within ten working days.

FAULTY ITEMS

Everything we send out and sell is quality controlled by us. In an unfortunate situation where you have received a faulty product or an incorrect order, we will without a doubt replace it, refund it, or repair it, if the product(s) have been returned to us within 14 days of purchase. If you have received an incorrect order, kindly contact us via e-mail at info@edlyhelsinki.com and we will help you.

 

COMPLAINTS

We advise you to always check the product and package you have purchased immediately after receiving it. In case you notice any damage on the packaging, kindly report it directly to the carrier or delivery point where you have picked up your package. If you have received an incorrect item, kindly contact us directly at info@edlyhelsinki.com and send the product back to us in its original packaging and with a valid tracking number.

 

PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

The prices displayed and shown at edlyhelsinki.com online store include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT 24 %) and are quoted in euros (EUR). The prices displayed on our website do not include shipping costs and therefore the shipping costs will be added separately at checkout. Once completing your order at our online store, you will see the entire purchase amount.

All prices and product information on edlyhelsinki.com online shop are subject to change and we reserve the right for price, writing and image errors on our website and in our advertisement and promotions. We reserve the right to immediately correct any detected errors and modify and/or update the information in our online store. Product and lifestyle images, advertisement and promotions that show Edly Helsinki's products should always be interpreted as illustrative and not as specifications of the product's features, functions, origin or considered as a warranty. We at Edly Helsinki withdraw from the responsibility of information shared of our products by any third-party actor.

All content on edlyhelsinki.com is protected by copyright, so if you use our images or our product details, kindly credit us accordingly. Our product names, product details and logos may also be protected by trademark law or under market law. Therefore, trademarks, company names, product names, images, graphics, designs, layouts, and information about Edly Helsinki’s products and services as well as other content may not be copied or used without our consent of Edly Helsinki in writing.

COMPLAINTS

We advise you to check the product you have purchased immediately after receiving it. In case you notice any damage on the packaging, please report it directly to the carrier or delivery point where you have collected your parcel. If you have received an incorrect item, you can make a complaint directly to us at info@edlyhelsinki.com and send the product back to us in its original packaging and with a tracking number.

APPLICABLE LAWS

According to the Finnish law, you have the right to make a complaint within three years of the date you received the product after purchasing at edlyhelsinki.com in case you have detected an error or malfunction on the product. If you want to make a complaint, kindly contact us as soon as possible after detecting the error or malfunction on the product. For the complaint to be valid and reasonable, the complaint must be made within a reasonable time after detecting the error. A reasonable time is considered a maximum of two months after noticing the error or malfunction.

If we find the complaint valid, we will without a doubt replace the product in accordance with applicable Finnish laws. In other words, we will fix the error by repairing the product or replace it with a new one. If it is not possible to replace it or repair it, we will repay you the amount you have paid for your order including the delivery cost. Kindly keep in mind, that we are entitled to refuse the complaint, if we find that the product is not incorrect and doesn’t have a production error made by us and if the complaint is not in accordance with applicable laws. In such cases, we do not repay or repair any expenses for returning the item or making the complaint.

PRE-ORDERS

By pre-ordering the indoor shoes, you get access to the indoor shoes before they have arrived at our warehouse from the factory and this way you secure getting the indoor shoes you want. Once pre-ordering the indoor shoes, we will deliver it to you as soon as possible, but keep in mind that this might take up to 4 to 6 weeks. 

The pre-orders work the same way as a regular order. You will pay for the indoor shoes at checkout and have the same right to return them. Please see more at our “practical information” for our return policy. Kindly note that, the delivery time is longer for pre-orders than for regular orders.

GIFT CARD

Edly Helsinki offers digital gift cards for purchases in our online store, www.edlyhelsinki.com. You can choose between the given amounts for the gift card. The gift card is valid one year from the date of purchase. When the order of our gift card is placed, you will receive a separate voucher number to the digital gift card in the e-mail you provided us. 

To redeem the gift card simply enter the voucher number at checkout to deduct the value from the order total. 

You can only use one gift card per order and the value of the gift card is redeemed at checkout. Depending on the value of the gift card, it can be used as a full payment method or as a partial payment method. 

The gift card cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

There are no shipping costs once placing an order for the digital gift card.
